As Marketing Manager, you’ll work alongside our Chief Brand Officer to develop our brand strategy and build market share within the work tech space. You'll be responsible for the creation and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns to position our products as solutions for our customers and partners worldwide. You'll work alongside our amazing Customer Success and Sales teams to make sure that our existing and future customers are at the heart of all your activity.

Stoke, Manchester or Remote
Overseeing our digital presence (SEO, PPC, email and social etc.)
Developing and delivering end to end campaigns
Developing sales and product marketing collateral
Building out communication structure and the customer journey
Supporting the customer acquisition strategy and lead generation through marketing automation via HubSpot
Developing and integrating regional marketing strategies (events, digital, PR and more)
Have overall accountability for our email database within our CRM systems, ensuring compliance with Data Protection and industry regulation
Managing third party relationship with PR agencies and product partners that best represent our organisation beliefs and objectives
Analysing and report marketing KPIs to track impact, optimise and improve our positioning in the workplace tech landscape and with B2B customers
Leading and managing a team of talented marketeers
3+ years marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment
Experience of technology marketing (SaaS, IT or Tech products)
Solid understanding of modern (digital & content) marketing techniques (PPC, SEO etc)
An understanding of marketing automation or CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
Experience managing a team
Excellent data and analytical skills
Experience working alongside customer, creative and sales teams
