Within the bespoke arm of Huler, we build one of a kind human and learning experiences for clients around the world. As an extension of their teams, we get to understand the challenges they face and what they hope to achieve through our award winning software. Our team of talented developers must be able to tune into the needs of clients and their higher objectives to propose innovative solutions where not all the information is readily available.
As a Senior Developer at Huler, you’ll be building bespoke solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our customer team and PMO office to ensure client projects are delivered on budget and to schedule. You’ll predominantly work with one of our key clients and be accountable for larger, more complex tasks and projects within the development cycle, ensuring code is written with internal coding standards in mind.
We’re passionate about developing and growing our teams so it matters to us that you share your knowledge and build other team members in the process.

We believe that finding a new job should be an enjoyable process. We’re passionate about bringing our whole selves to work, so what you see is what you get. All we ask from you, is that you show us your authentic self. We’re looking for people who bring something new to the team, who add to our culture and make it even greater.
If we think you'd be a great addition to our team, we'll invite you for a 'get to know you' call with Suzi our Head of People and Chris our Head of Bespoke Development. Before you interview with us, we'll ask if you're happy to jump straight into a technical call with Chris or if you'd prefer to hear more about the role and have the chance to ask us any questions first. Either way, once you've had the technical call we should be ready to make a decision and we'll feedback as soon as reasonably possible.
