As a QA Analyst, you’ll ensure high standards of work throughout our systems, processes and procedures. You are an integral part within the team and are responsible for working with all departments throughout all the project stages to test reliability, functionality, and user experience.
You’ll provide guidance and support to Quality Manager in regards to department processes and use of data. In line with quality assurance, you’ll provide support, feedback and ensure any issues/feedback is dealt with within a timely manner.

Support the delivery of high standards of regular quality assurance testing across the business
Ensure what has been promised to the customer, is what has been delivered by ensuring all acceptance criteria of user stories are met before a release to a customer
Understand how our software works in a detailed manner in order to accurately test and find defects
Find, report and triage bugs with detailed, accurate and concise steps to technical teams in a clear format
Become an expert in the use and testing of our product and software
Work closely with technical and PMO teams to refine requirements and create testing strategies
Attending internal meetings to represent QA department to ensure we capture the right data in the right moment
Create and configure test cases and test data that the solution works as expected meeting business and functional requirements
Identify and provide in-depth analysis of trends and risks in issues and feedback across our products and software
Responsible for providing clear, descriptive and documented QA testing feedback that can be shared internally and externally
Support the creation and maintenance of company standards of practice
Accountable for ensuring all acceptance criteria of user stories are met before a release to a customer
Offer challenge and feedback in a constructive manner to business stakeholders
Staying up to date with industry trends and striving to innovate beyond these by engaging with the wider technology sector
Previous QA experience is beneficial but not a requirement
Experience within the Tech (Software) industry is beneficial but not required
Attention to detail with strong logic and reasoning
Good written and verbal communication
Methodical and meticulous (you understand process and the need for it)
Abstract thinker, able to see how smaller parts fit into the larger picture
Excellent IT skills
