Courtney Coyle
Today at Huler we share exciting news, announcing another strengthening of leadership.
Gareth Mobley, who has served as Executive Chairman since the company’s formation approached Matt to take over the position, after being impressed by his impact since he joined Huler earlier this year as a non-executive.
The chair role in a start-up plays a pivotal role in the business, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to the leadership team, leveraging their industry knowledge to help the company navigate critical growth phases and ensure long-term success.
Gareth commented: “following completion of the latest funding round and the addition of David Kelly as CRO in November, bringing in Matt further strengthens the leadership team by adding more invaluable SaaS experience”.
“I’m immensely proud of the team’s work in developing HulerHub, our industry-leading employee experience platform whilst maintaining its bespoke software and content revenue offerings during a challenging global economic backdrop. Huler is well positioned for continued success as it looks to further scale its SaaS offering, and I look forward to supporting the leadership team in the next chapter as a major investor and NED.”
Nicky Hoyland, CEO and Co-Founder at Huler, said: “This is a time of exciting growth for Huler”.
“We’re thrilled to have Matt step into the Executive Chairman role, and his deep understanding of user-centric product development will be crucial as we refine our product roadmap and solidify Huler’s position at the forefront of the EX landscape.
“While Gareth is stepping down from his executive chairman role, he remains a key investor and NED in the business, and we look forward to his continued support.”
Matt Little brings a wealth of experience to the role. With a proven track record in user-centric product development, he will be instrumental in shaping Huler’s roadmap and ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
Matt added: “I’m honoured to take on this new role as Executive Chairman for Huler. Huler is a company with a clear vision for the future of work, and I’m excited to use my experience to help them achieve their ambitious goals.
“I’m particularly passionate about ensuring HulerHub remains the go-to platform for businesses looking to create a best-in-class employee experience.”
