Huler celebrates an award winning Employee Experience

Last year, based solely on feedback from our employees, Huler achieved a number of successes at Best Companies including Top 75 Small Companies in the UK and being awarded a 2 star accreditation. These awards showcase our commitment to our employees and demonstrate that we see workplace engagement as a vital part of Huler’s success.

We are now delighted to announce that we’ve been Highly Commended in the British HR Awards 2023, in the Overall People Experience category as determined by anonymous employee feedback.

The British HR Awards is an annual campaign that sets out to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience.

This year, just over 220 entries were received from organisations across the UK, and so competition to be recognised proved to be especially tough. Firms taking part included start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars and global titans.

External accreditation will never be the reason we do what we do at Huler, but it shows our passion, commitment and how we hold ourselves accountable to delivering a fantastic people experience”.

Following on from this success, Huler has also been shortlisted as a finalist for the 2023 Inspiring Workplaces Awards in the EMEA region (UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa).

The official Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces list, individual category winners, and all special recognition award winners will be announced at the on May 11th, 2023.
