Huler Content Agreement

This agreement contains your obligations in respect of posting content using the External Share functionality in the HulerHub.  

Please read this agreement carefully before sharing any content externally and report any breach of the obligations to us using the email support@huler.io. 

Terms: 

1. Huler Limited (“Huler”) allows you to share Content to external third parties through the HulerHub. 

2. Huler takes no responsibility for the Content.  

3. You are responsible for the Content and confirm that you have the right to share it (including any relevant third-party licences to allow you to share it). By using the External Share functionality, you grant Huler with the licence to display your Content to Visitors on your behalf. 

4. You accept the risk of sharing the Content in the public domain and responsibility for how Visitors interact with the Content, including any relevant laws and regulations in respect of Visitors in their respective jurisdiction(s). 

5. You confirm that the Content is free from any Prohibited Material and that in sharing the Content it will not bring Huler or the services provided into disrepute.  

6. Huler reserves the right to amend or remove any Content shared where You are in breach of any of the terms of this agreement. 

7. You agree to keep appropriate records to support both your obligations in this agreement and your right to use the Content, and make such records available to Huler upon request. 

8. You agree that Huler can feature your URL and Content in its marketing material to promote the HulerHub and grant Huler a royalty free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it for this purpose. 

9. For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms have the meaning given below: 

a. “Content” means the images, titles, descriptions shown on the Collection page you are sharing, together with the links and URLs contained therein; 

b. “Visitors” means those individuals to whom you will share the URL containing the Content; and 

c. “Prohibited Material” means any material that:  

i. is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive; 

ii. is bullying, insulting, intimidating or humiliating to any person; 

iii. facilitates illegal activity, including copyright or trademark infringement; 

iv. depicts sexually explicit images or terrorist content; 

v. promotes unlawful violence; 

vi. is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability;  

vii. is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury to any person or property;  

viii. is spam or links to third party sites that collect personal or sensitive data under false pretences; or 

ix. breaches any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
